Meet Dr. Rhyne

I am a licensed clinical therapist as well as a licensed clinical addiction specialist. I am a Certified Trauma Specialist, which allots me the opportunity to work with a variety of people as I believe that trauma is present in us all. My clients are aware that their trauma can be anything that reflects, “Too much, Too soon, Too fast”. I am also a Certified Grief Informed Specialist, which allows me the opportunity to support my clients as they process both, living and non-living loss. My Approach…

I approach each session with empathy and compassion. I understand that it is not easy to practice vulnerability and transparency  with a complete stranger. This is why I work to ensure that adequate rapport is built in order to create a safe space for each client. I practice a person-centered approach in treating each client as the unique individual they are. I believe in allowing each client to express themselves without fear of judgement. I have been told that one of my greatest strengths is devoting attention to patterns in order to understand my client’s story before examining the “issue” that’s bringing them in.
