Life is hard. There is no rule book that tells us how to navigate the world. We ‘over-think’, we ‘over-process’ and sometimes, ‘over-react’. As humans, our brain is designed for one purpose only, to keep us safe. Because of this, many of us have always operated out of survival mode. This may show up as self-sabotage, becoming extremely defensive, or projecting our reality onto others. We have developed defense mechanisms and trauma responses that have served us; however, I want to help you discover who you are outside of survival mode. I want to help you learn how to recognize your core beliefs, heal your inner child, and develop a healthier sense of self.
